Refund Policy - the basics

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged products.

  • To initiate a return, customers must record a clear video while unpacking the candle — this serves as proof of damage.

  • Without an unpacking video, returns cannot be processed.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item is verified.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
