3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within India. Delivery timelines vary based on location and product availability.
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
Cosmos is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our products, returns are accepted only if items arrive damaged or defective.
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery, and we request that you to record the video of unpacking the product.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
No returns or exchanges are allowed for used or customised items.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, designs, text, and product names—belongs to Cosmos.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cosmos shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Candles must be used safely—keep away from flammable objects, children, and pets.

Personal data collected during checkout or subscription is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell customer information.
